Short Filmmaking Competition

All individuals express themselves differently. Some dance, some sing, and some create. Cameras might just be an object to some, but to a handful, it is their passion and their life. Filmmaking is an activity that doesn’t just require effort, but also requires innovation. The process of bringing an idea into existence includes scripting, storyboarding, casting, shooting, and then comes in editing. Your reel is your canvas, and your brain is the artist, no colours wasted.

Our long and fruitful partnership with CHINH India has allowed budding filmmakers to learn the nuances of making films with the help of experts and peers alike. A number of short films submitted in previous editions of our festival have gone on to be screened at and win accolades in international film festivals like Peace in the Street Global Film Festival, McGuffin Film Festival, Duemila 30 Youth Film Festival, etc.
